Every job gets the helm, but only warriors can wear it. It's tradeable.

Tips

The Black Feather is the costly part: a Moon Rock trades around 30,000 mesos (Oct 23), and Flaming Feathers have no confirmed drop, so check the Free Market.
Not a warrior? The EXP doesn't cover the cost, so skip it unless a warrior friend wants the tradeable helm.
Farm the Drake Skulls and Dragon Skins together. Most players start on Drakes around Lv48.

Still being confirmed

Nobody has confirmed which monsters drop Drake Skulls, Dragon Skins and Flaming Feathers in Classic. Drakes are the best bet.
Arwen may need you to be a certain level (possibly Lv40) before she crafts for you.
